A device for decomposing organic garbage completely by biochemical treatment, includes a shell, a mixing apparatus, a motor and an inlet for organic garbage. A digestion cell which is covered by an oil jacket heating chamber with a electric heater, which is surrounded by insulated material, is formed inside the shell. A waste gas deodorization apparatus is arranged on the top back corner of the shell, on one side of which an air inlet is formed. The garbage mixing apparatus is installed on the support shaft of the digestion cell and drived by the motor. There exist porous carrier and many kinds of microbe supported on the porous carrier, herein, microbe including phototrophic bacteria, lactic acid, yeast and actinomycetes. Organic garbage is decomposed completely and no liquid or solid residue is discharged by using this device.
