3-dimensional mesh-structures with integrated additional graining/ displacers, acting as a base for micro-reinforced high performance concrete. The method used to produce the composite material is characterized by the lay-out of said mesh-structures with subsequent mortar infiltration. The integrated added graining/displacers can be varied in size and apparent density in order to control the rigidity of the conctrete in the traction and pressure zone of the component in a targeted manner, in addition to regulating weight from extremely light to extremely heavy. The flow of forces, deformation behavior and crack behavior can be controlled by regulating rigidity. Weight regulation enables, for instance, the weight of the component to be reduced in the largest possible way in terms of the design of the mesh-structure with integrated hollow bodies (i.e. displacers) and enables relatively larges dimensions of said mesh structure for manual assembly or relatively large prefabricated concrete elements, thereby speeding up the building process. By assembling the displacers in a targeted manner, it is possible to increase energy consumption in the case of intermittent stress (explosions, safes, bunkers) and therefore increase the resistance of shielding components.
