A board (2) on which a person rides on land, which board (2) comprises roller members (4), and a body (6) on which the person rides, the body being made of a moulded fibre reinforced plastics material, and the body (6) being of a thickness which enables the body (6) to flex consequent upon the board landing on the land after a jump.
