A cartridge injection appliance (1) allowing the reduction in volume of waste and the saving of storage space, allowing the direct and easy installation thereof in a cartridge with flange, and generally usable for the cartridges of various sizes and capacities, comprising a body part (5) having a flange fixed part (23) projectedly formed at the tip of a finger hooking part (21). The flange fixed part further comprises a lead-in part (27) capable of receiving the flange engagement part (115) of the cartridge (100) opposed to the flange fixed part by rotating the flange engagement part (115) and a guide groove (31) capable of receiving the flange engagement part (115) so that the flange engagement part (115) can be fixed to the flange fixed part (23) when the cartridge (100) is rotated relative to the flange fixed part (23) around the longitudinal axis thereof and formed along a part of an arc about the longitudinal axis of the cartridge injection appliance (1).
