Disclosed is a system for dynamically processing and transmitting flows of computer data comprising information about one or several services available to communicating mobile terminals (4) and transmitting said data to said terminals. The inventive system is provided with a service management platform (5) in which lists of services that are accessible to users are stored, and a platform (1) for dynamically processing said data corresponding to the services that can be accessed by the users. The inventive system further comprises a platform (3) for locating the mobile terminals (4) and a platform (2) for managing the subscription profiles of the users. The platform (1) which dynamically processes the computer data is provided with means (8) for processing the data as a function of information encompassing information supplied by the service management platform (5), the profile management platform, and the locating platform.
