Making use of the presumption smear signal, the component inside the picture signal of the electronic picture which becomes cause of smear is removed (1106), the device and the method smear inside the electronic picture being made to decrease. The presumption smear signal is suitable to the smear component of the picture signal. The presumption smear signal is formed by in the electronic picture sensor (202) collecting electric charge after the exposure period (1104). The presumption smear signal after acquiring the picture signal, are times when it is formed.
