COMPUTER METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ADAPTING A GEOGRAPHICAL ZONE TO POPULATION BEHAVIOURS

The information system identifies each mobile telephone call made in an area and uses this identification to select a user profile from a database. This profile is then associated with the geographic zone where the mobile telephone call was made. This allows tracing of changes in user profile in an area to guide adaptation of the facilities in an area to the population in the area.
