The machine has two rings (15, 16) supplying airflow generated by a turbine (13) towards openings of seed admission channels (14) for evacuation of the seeds from the machine. The channels spreading at a periphery of a hood (11) open near a turning plate (3) outer periphery, so that a centrifugal seed projection by the plate is completed by the air flow giving sufficient dynamics to maintain the seeds on a preset path. The turning plate is crowned with the hood hangs from a hopper (2) storing seeds to be distributed.
