The seeder has a turbine (11) for creating depression of air, and comprising a suction opening (13) and an exhaust (14) connected to a suction device (19). The exhaust evacuates air in a direction of soil through a lower end (21) of a flexible downstream pipe (18). The end is equipped with a diffuser and/or moistening device. Burying element (22) e.g. plough share, is fixed at the end of the pipe for evacuating the air through the exhaust, and is mounted at the level of a frame (2) of the seeder.
