DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING QUICK LIME BY SCREENING LIMESTONE OF ROTARY KILN

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preparing quick lime by the size selection of lime stone of a rotary kiln is provided, to improve the preheating efficiency and to save the energy by enhancing the air permeability of a preheating room. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a charge hopper(100) which is placed in the upper face of one end of a great bar(14) repeatedly rotating for receiving the lime stone raw source fed from a belt conveyer(300) and is divided into a large particle hopper(110) and a small particle hopper(120) by a separation plate(130) for allowing a raw source of small particle size to be loaded on a raw source of large particle size in turn; a screen(200) which is placed on the opposite side of the charge hopper(100) to be adjacent to the great bar(14), and is arranged to be declined from the great bar and to allow it to communicate with the body(20) of a rotary kiln; and a product discharge hole(230) which is placed at the direct under side of the screen(200), and discharges the sintered micro raw source to the exterior of a preheating room(20). Preferably the angle of the separation plate(130) can be controlled.
