The purpose of this testing program is to obtain uncontrolled and controlled211u001ehydrogen chloride (HCI) and speciated hydrocarbon Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) 211u001eemissions data from lime production plants to support a national emission 211u001estandard for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP). This report presents data from 211u001ethe Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) measurements. FTIR source 211u001etesting was conducted for the following purposes: Quantify HCI emission levels; 211u001eand Gather screening (i.e., qualitative) data on other HAP emissions.
