PURPOSE: Fish DNA chips for analysis of environmental stress and an analysis method of environmental harmfulness using the same are provided, thereby sensitively and accurately analyzing the environmental stress and harmfulness. CONSTITUTION: Fish DNA chips for analysis of environmental stress consists of Orzyias latipes gene groups specifically binding to environmental harmful materials, wherein the Orzyias latipes gene groups comprise (a) an estrogenic potential relating gene group, (b) a biotoxicity relating gene group, (c) a cancer causing gene group and (d) a living body development relating gene group; the estrogenic potential relating gene is selected from cytochrome p450, heat shock 70, endothelin receptor, guanyl cyclase and stromyselin-3; the cancer causing gene is selected from v-fos, arrestin, ras-2-protooncogene, p53, apoptosis RVP1, V-myc and retinoblastoma; and the living body development relating gene is selected from beta-actin, developmental transcription factor, glutathione-S-transferase and cyclin 2.
