SYSTEM FOR WORKING-PROCESS ERROR PREVENTING OF AUTOMOBILE FACTORY AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An operation error preventing system of a vehicle factory and a control method thereof are provided to judge and prevent unfinished works by operators in a process ordered by an automatic operating machine or wrong operations for different specifications in advance. CONSTITUTION: An operation error preventing system of a vehicle factory is composed of a control board(5) setting operation contents to an operating machine according to the specification of a vehicle(1) to be operated; a vehicle approach detecting sensor(7) for detecting the approach of the vehicle and outputting an approach signal of an operation position; a barcode scanner(11) reading and outputting a barcode(9) attached to the side of a vehicle body; a data server(13) supplying order information to the production schedule and specification of the vehicle to a correspondent order; a displayer(15) for displaying operation orders to specification of the vehicle; a warning device(17) for warning wrong operations of operators or if operation does not occur within set time through the control board; and a controller(21) computing the set time of an inner timer(19) with each signal input from the control board, the data server, the vehicle approach detecting sensor, and the barcode scanner, and performing a warning motion for operation errors by the operation order and the warning device through the displayer.
