A SYSTEM FOR WORKING-PROCESS ERROR DIAGNOSIS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system for diagnosing a working error and a controlling method thereof are provided to discriminate an error of a working line by merely receiving only a signal of a sensor without being influenced by modification or change of the working line. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)(10) outputting an equipment operation signal and a process operation signal to control the equipment operation for a working object on a working process, and the sensor(20) outputting an operation signal of an equipment to the PLC. The sensor connects a switch comprising a limit switch and a lead switch with the PLC through a communication cable. An error diagnosis computer(30) equipped with an error diagnosis program receives the operation signal of the equipment output from the sensor to the PLC and connects to the PLC through the communication cable. The error diagnosis computer includes a display(31) for displaying a failure position of the equipment by the error diagnosis program.
