Recombinant Adenovirus with Enhanced Tumoricidal Effect and Pharmaceutical Composition Comprising the Same

PURPOSE: A recombinant adenovirus having improved tumor killing effect and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided. Therefore, a larger amount of genes are effectively transferred by administering a smaller amount of the recombinant adenovirus. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant adenovirus consists of adenovirus and protein containing VSV-G epitope derived from vesicular stomatitis virus which is connected to the adenovirus, wherein the adenovirus is YKL-1(KFCC-11099) or YKC-1(KFCC-11280); the VSV-G epitope connected region is adenovirus fiber knob region; the adenovirus fiber knob region is HI loop, pentone base or fiber terminal region; the VSV-G epitope has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3; a linker is inserted between the adenovirus fiber and VSV-G epitope; the linker consists of one or more glycines; and the recombinant adenovirus is YCI-Ad-VSVG(KFCC-11215).
