PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a pack including polished rice, fibrous powder and embryo obtained from the endoderm of unpolished rice which are coated with nano bio ionic silver water and dried, thereby improving eating habit to treat diseases and maintain good health. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pack including polished rice, fibrous powder and embryo obtained from the endoderm of unpolished rice comprises the steps of; washing unpolished rice in purified water containing bio sericite and drying it; removing the endoderm of the unpolished rice to give polished rice(11), embryo(10) and fibrous powder(12); coating the polished rice(11), embryo(10) and fibrous powder(12); and mixing and vacuum packing them with silver paper.
