Method and Kit for Diagnosis of Progress Stage of Solid Cancer

PURPOSE: A method and a kit for diagnosis of progress stage of solid cancer are provided, thereby easily diagnosing solid cancer of animals including human. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosis of progress stage of solid cancer comprises two antibodies for proteins Hsp and Bcl-2 in a sample of solid cancer isolated from animals, wherein the kit is a lateral flow strip; the strip contains Hsp antibody in a first testing line and Bcl-2 antibody in a second testing line; the solid cancer is lung cancer, brain cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer or colon cancer; the protein Hsp is Hsp70 or Hsp110; and the animal is human. A method for diagnosis of progress stage of solid cancer comprises the steps of: analyzing the level of proteins Hsp and Bcl-2 in a sample; and determining the sample as a progressive cancer when the level of Hsp is high or as an early stage cancer when the level of Bcl-2 is high.
