PURPOSE: A virtual personal computer leasing method is provided to install a virtual personal computer over a virtual space, and to use the virtual personal computer via a wireless or wired terminal. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A service processing server(20) is separated into plural personal processing spaces which are allocated to members. A member accesses a home page of a service provider via a wireless or wired terminal(10) over the internet. A background screen is displayed on a web browser of the terminal(10) if the user inputs an account number. The user calls an application program from an application program space of an application program server(30), and drives the called application program. The process of the application program is performed by the service processing server(20). The process result is displayed on a screen of the terminal(10), and is stored at a service storage server(40).
