A monoclonal antibody screening method for selection of hybridoma cell line producing monoclonal antibodies and kit for selection of hybridoma cell

PURPOSE: A method for screening a monoclonal antibody to select a monoclonal antibody-producing hybridoma cell line and a kit for selecting the hybridoma cell line are provided, thereby easily, rapidly and accurately selecting and screening a specific antibody-producing hybridoma cell line without an additional device. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a monoclonal antibody to select a monoclonal antibody-producing hybridoma cell line comprises the steps of: (1) conjugating an antibody-specific antigen with a probe to prepare a probe-antigen conjugate solution; (2) reacting a hybridoma-culturing medium with the probe-antigen conjugate solution; (3) spreading an interested antibody-capturing molecule on a membrane to prepare a testing strip; and (4) adding the testing strip into the mixed solution of the probe-antigen conjugate solution and the hybridoma-culturing medium and reacting them, wherein the probe is selected from colloidal gold particle, carbon particle, magnetic bead, dyed polystyrene bead and latex bead; and the membrane is selected from 0.5 to 20 micrometer pore size of nitrocellulose, nylon, nitroacetate and polystyrene.
