PURPOSE: A technology for the measurement and the relay matrix board circuit design on a PC based linear tester is provided to easily test a characteristic of accessories and hardware module by freely selecting an application signal and a measurement point through a relay matrix on the PC. CONSTITUTION: A precise voltage and current source generates a high and middle power, and is adjusted variably and precisely by the PC. Signals are applied to a desired point of the part and the module through the relay matrix. A board for a measurement and a DVM(Digital Volt ohm Meter) function displays data on the PC after obtaining the output signal values of the desired point through the relay matrix and converting it into the digital data. An I/O(Input/Output) board controls the application signal of the desired point and many measuring terminals by controlling the relay matrix through the PC.
