Technique for making Magnetic Paste and Its Applications

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a magnetic paste is provided to correct easily the inductance of an induction device and fabricate easily the inductance device by using the magnetic paste. CONSTITUTION: A solution is fabricated by mixing a solute of 8-28 weight percent with a volatile solvent of 72-92 weight percent. A magnetic paste is fabricated by mixing the solution of 0.5-20 weight percent with soft magnetic powders of 88-99.5 weight percent. The magnetic paste is not hardened within an airtight receptacle. The magnetic paste is inserted within an additional receptacle. The additional receptacle is sealed with a cover in order to an airtight structure. The magnetic paste is extracted from the additional receptacle. The magnetic paste is adhered to a predetermined position and the magnetic paste is hardened.
