PURPOSE: A wire rod for PC(pre-stressed concrete wire) is provided to add a target strength range of carbon and vanadium by using a steel producing process and a rolling process of wire rod for the PC with tensile strength of 125kg/mm¬2 to satisfy a strength of 200kg/mm¬2. CONSTITUTION: A brome casting piece is composed of 0.82-0.88wt% of carbon, 0.7-0.9wt% of manganese, under 0.3wt% of silicon, 0.2-0.3wt% of chrome, 0.04-0.07wt% of vanadium, under 0.01wt% of aluminum, and under 20ppm of nitrogen while containing 0.1% of incombustible medium with a size of under 20 micrometers. Moreover, the segregation density of the brome casting piece is under 1.2. Herein, the brome casting piece is wire rod rolled with a rolled steel piece for the wire rod to be cooled for a temperature of 750-800°C by using water. The cooled wire rod is cooled for the temperature of the deformation temperature of Ar1 at a cooling speed of 10-15°C/sec by using air.
