Electronic auction method and apparatus for bond with partial opening of bidding quotation

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for the competitive bidding of an electronic bond through the partial price open are provided to remove the time and space gap between a bond issuer and a bond investor, to secure the fairness and transparency of the bond trading through the real time bidding and partial price open, to participate a bidder in the bidding very voluntarily by offering more information during the bidding, and to facilitate the price discovery on the bidding step through an electronic network. CONSTITUTION: A bond bidding processor receives the bidding data of the desired bond from the bond issuers through the network(S300) and publishes the bidding data to the bond investors(S310). When it comes up to the bidding open time(S320), the bond bidding processor takes the bidding order from many bond investors(S330) and processes the entered bidding order until the bidding end time(S340,S350). The bond bidding processor provides the bond issuer with the bidding state, receives the successful bidding confirmation from the bond issuer(S360), and notifies the bidding result to the bond issuer and successful bidder(S370).
