PURPOSE: A real time advertising method for considering a subscriber characteristic and the current position in the next generation network is provided to supply an advertisement adapted to a tendency of a subscriber in real time in the current position of the subscriber by checking the tendency of the subscriber in accordance with a use history of the subscriber in the next generation network based on a soft switch. CONSTITUTION: If the current position of a subscriber is received from a GPS server(102), a characteristic of the subscriber is analyzed in a database having subscriber information and an advertisement category is decided(104). Advertising contents of a company corresponded to the decided advertisement category are searched in companies adjacent to the current position of the subscriber(105). It is checked whether a coupon in accordance with the searched advertisement exists(107). If a coupon in accordance with the searched advertisement does not exist, only advertising contents are transmitted through a communication channel set between subscriber terminals(108). If a coupon in accordance with the searched advertisement exists, the advertising contents are included in the coupon and the advertising contents and the coupon are transmitted through a communication channel set between subscriber terminals(109). If the subscriber uses the supplied coupon(110), use details are recorded(111).
