PURPOSE: A method for disposing of scattered ashes generated by incinerating waste is provided to recycle the scattered ashes as the materials of cement and to remove heavy metal and chlorine from the scattered ashes. CONSTITUTION: A method for disposing of scattered ashes generated by incinerating waste comprises the steps of: washing the scattered ashes in water containing carbonic ions; filtering the scattered ashes; and solidifying the collected ashes.
