PURPOSE: A method for making a clinker and a calcium chloroaluminate fast setting cement by using incinerated domestic wastes recycled as a cement additive is provided to save the natural sources and costs. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a clinker comprises the steps of: quenching the incinerated materials generated from an incineration furnace of domestic wastes; selecting the particles having the size up to 30 mesh from the bottom of the incinerated materials; and firing the selected particles at the temperature of 800-1200 deg.C in an electric furnace to form a fast setting clinker. Further, 10-40 wt% of a gypsum is added to the fast setting clinker and then the mixture is crushed to form cement. In a variant, the fast setting clinker is added to a conventional Portland cement in the amount of 1-20 wt% to form cement.
