PURPOSE: Provided is an exercise aid device for teaching right posture to a tennis beginner, which operates semi-automatically. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: an adhering gadget(2) for holding a ball and a moving wheel(12) at the bottom; a C type support rod(3) and a fixed rod(5) which are separable; a spring coil(4) connected to the pulling spring ring(9) at the bottom of the supporting rod(3); an impact absorbing rod(7) for easing the impact on the supporting rod(3); and a screw hole(6) and a fixed screw(8) for controlling the height of the ball.
