PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a drain cap for a lower cover in a drum washing machine is provided to reduce noise from vibration by minimizing clearance between a hinge pin and a pin hole, to prevent displacement by the hinge structure, and to restrict brakeage by rotating a drain cap freely. CONSTITUTION: A drain cap(40) is installed in a lower cover(30) of a drum washing machine, and a hook(42) is mounted in the upper part of the drain cap. A hinge pin(43) is formed in both lower ends of the drain cap, and a pin hole(38) is formed in the lower cover. The drain cap is turned by assembling the hinge pin and the pin hole in combining the drain cap with the lower cover. The side of the pin hole is cut to insert the hinge pin and a penetration part(52) is formed in a hole case(50) of the lower cover. The hole case is recessed to insert the hinge pin to the penetration part. Vibration and noise are prevented by assembling the pin hole with the hinge pin without clearance.
