2 LIFT PROVIDED WITH TWO SUPPORTING ARMS FOR CAR MAINTENANCE

PURPOSE: A two-post lifter for repairing a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency, and to repair the vehicle safely by selectively using a support arm or a lift plate according to working condition with lifting the vehicle body safely with mounting the lift plate at the side of the support arm. CONSTITUTION: Two posts(10) are installed vertically on the ground and spaced from each other, and upper parts of the posts are connected by a cross beam. Guide grooves are formed on the opposite sides of the posts, and a carrier is moved up and down along the guide groove by a hydraulic cylinder in the post. A support arm(14) is folded horizontally, and extended longitudinally in the lower part of the carrier to lift the vehicle body up. A lift plate(20) is formed in the support arm to lift the vehicle body up, and supported horizontally and folded upward by fixing a holder to the support arm. An external hinge part is formed in the holder, and an internal hinge part is formed in the lift plate and combined with the external hinge part. An insertion groove is formed in the middle of the internal hinge part to insert the external hinge part, and arc stoppers are formed in the contact surfaces of the hinge parts.
