METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF HIGH SOLUBLE CALCIUM AGENT DERIVED FROM CUTTLE BONE

PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of a high soluble calcium agent derived from cuttlefish bone. The calcium agent is used in reinforcing inorganic matters and improving food quality. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a high soluble calcium agent is characterized by using cuttlefish bone powder prepared by the steps of: washing and dewatering cuttlefish bone, followed by freeze-drying at -25 deg.C and less; pulverizing the freeze-dried cuttlefish bone, followed by heat-drying; sieving the heat-dried cuttlefish bone powder, followed by calcination; adding acetic acid to the calcinated cuttlefish bone powder, followed by reaction at room temperature; and heat-drying the acetic acid-treated cuttlefish bone powder.
