PURPOSE: A form unit for kicker installation and a form for kicker installation are provided to facilitate assembling, installing, and disassembling works, enable reuse even after disassembling, and change the length of the form unit for kicker installation according to the size of a member, and adjust the height of the form unit for kicker installation according to the thickness of a slab. CONSTITUTION: A form unit for kicker installation comprises a length-adjusting plate(10) with predetermined length; a fixing frame(20) having guide parts at the ends so that the length-adjusting plate is inserted and slides horizontally; a locking device(30) controlling the sliding of the length-adjusting plate in the guide parts; and at least one support leg separably combined to the fixing frame, to support the fixing frame on a mold. The fixing frame is horizontally bent in the middle part at a predetermined angle.
