PURPOSE: Provided are a flower planted tower and a wall system with an automatic watering system. The flower planted tower and the wall system are made of puzzle blocks. Therefore, they are easily constructed and reduces their production costs. CONSTITUTION: A flower planted tower and a wall system has a frame structure which comprises a side frame extended up and downwardly, and a lateral frame which connects and supports the side frame. They are characteristically made of puzzle blocks which have a plurality of protrusions, a plurality of opening, a block part with a pot receiving groove and a through-hole.
