Method and System for operating credit card by means of cyber bank branch

PURPOSE: A method and a system for operating a credit card through a cyber branch of a bank are provided to extend a range of a financial service through cyber money by increasing a credit limit set to the credit card based on the cyber money accumulated to a customer. CONSTITUTION: The bank(10) is equipped with a host computer processing the account management and issuing the cyber money according to the user information of the credit card or a point card received from a card company(20). The card company requests the cyber money to the bank when the customer uses the credit card or the point card, and additionally applies the cyber credit limit information offered from the cyber branch(40) to the credit limit of the credit card. The cyber branch manages the cyber money accumulated to an account of the customer, calculates the cyber money credit limit according to the cyber money accumulation, and offers the cyber credit limit information to the card company. A member store(30) offers the cyber money to the customer when the customer buys an article by using the credit card or the point card.
