PURPOSE: An oil-water separating method of emulsion using molecular force is provided which is economical and simple, and recovers oil differently from an existing method so that the recovered oil can be reused. CONSTITUTION: The oil-water separating method of emulsion using molecular force is characterized in that the emulsion oil is separated into water and oil by passing an emulsion wastewater through a porous layer formed on a material such as fabric, fiber and non-woven fabric that is capable of forming pores, thereby having the emulsion oil flown out of the porous layer after emulsion oil in the emulsion wastewater is bonded to oil or material having strong molecular force in the porous layer.
