PURPOSE: A display medium, a method for offering the same, and a device and the method for outputting a digital code image readable to a machine to a form recognizable to a person are provided to make the display medium offering the digital code image recognizable to the machine including the information same or related to the stored information on the display media. CONSTITUTION: An input part(20) inputs the digital code image to be read by the machine. A tool converts the digital image code into the data of an original form. A processor(30) converts the data of the original form to the data of a different form. A storing part(40) temporarily stores the data processed by the processor. An output part(50) outputs the data of the storing part to a voice. A controller controls data transfer between the parts.
