KOREAN PAPER OF POLKA DOT AND MANUFACTURE METHOD USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of Korean paper is provided which is characterized by using irregular protrusion parts, interrupting partly a surface of the paper to prevent from dyeing and form patterns and forming protrusions having various patterns in accordance with power of a worker, tangle of fiber and moist content. CONSTITUTION: Korean paper is obtained by the steps of: preparing damp paper; applying vibration to a mat to make permeated air between bast fibers and form irregular protrusions; separating the damp paper from the mat; inclining dyes at a proper angle; and then spraying the dyes on the Korean paper.
