SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING YEAST USING DATABASE BASED ON EXPERT KNOWLEDGE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling yeast using a database based on expert knowledge are provided to offer management and a uniform high quality based on the expert knowledge while offering lower expense and easy operation to a process for producing various pastes and cultivating the yeast. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring computer(10) performs both-way communication for issuing a control order or receiving environmental information of a cultivating room(20) from a sensor interface(300) by connecting to a control system(100) through an interface such as RS(Recommended Standard)-232. The control program performs on/off control of a relay according to the database and a program by connecting to a relay box(200). The control system transmits the information measured by a sensor to the monitoring computer or manually controls the relay box according to a control order of the monitoring computer.
