HIGH BRIGHTNESS LED LAMP FORMED WITH ONE BODY AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high brightness LED lamp formed with one body and a fabricating method thereof are provided to maximize the brightness and minimize the power consumption by using an LED instead of an existing lamp. CONSTITUTION: A high brightness LED lamp formed with one body includes a metal socket(6), a metal socket base(9), an electric device, a plurality of lead lines(2,71), and a body(5). The metal socket(6) is inserted into an existing lamp socket. The metal socket base(9) is installed at a lower end part of the metal socket. One or more LEDs are installed at an upper part(3) of a lamp. The electric device including an electric circuit is installed in the inside of a lower part(1) of the lamp. The lead lines(2,71) are connected to the electric device. The body(5) is fabricated by forming the LEDs, the electric device, and a nonconductive socket unit(11) with one body. The body is adhered to the metal socket and the metal socket base by using an adhesive. The lead lines(2,71) are connected to a lower end(91) of the metal socket base(9) and a side end(7) of the metal socket.
