PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for automatically sprinkling powder in a powder form to a food by absorbing powder such as salt, black pepper or the like through a pipe line from a powder container by the operation of a vacuum generating apparatus while returning powder remaining in the pipe line to the container by supplying compressed air to the pipe line. Whenever the vacuum generating apparatus is operated, a predetermined amount of salt is sprinkled into the food from a nozzle in accordance with the operation time. CONSTITUTION: A powder container(1) is communicated with one end(2a) of a powder discharge pipe(2), a powder injection nozzle(22) is installed at the other end(2b) of the pipe line, and a vacuum generating apparatus(3) is communicated with the powder container to suck powder from the powder container. A compressed air supply pipe line(5) is connected to the upper stream of the vacuum generating apparatus to supply air and then releases vacuum in accordance with the time to stop the operation of the vacuum generating apparatus.
