PURPOSE: Provided is an anti-cancer agent composition which is composed of sodium salicylate, a phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase inhibitor and a mitogen-activated protein kinase inhibitor, thereby administrating a small dose of sodium salicylate not to show toxicity to the human body. CONSTITUTION: An anti-cancer agent composition is composed of 100 parts by weight of sodium salicylate as an active ingredient, 0.5-5 parts by weight of a phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase inhibitor and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a mitogen-activated protein kinase inhibitor, as an auxiliary ingredient.
