LIVESTOCK FEED ADDITIVE USING PHELLINUS LINTEUS CAKE, PHELLINUS LINTEUS AND ACTIVATED CARBON

PURPOSE: A livestock feed additive obtained by mixing Phellinus linteus cake as by-products of a Phellinus linteus extract with activated carbon is provided. It increases the immunity of an animal against disease and utilizes Phellinus linteus cake which has hitherto been discarded. CONSTITUTION: Phellinus linteus cake as by-products of a Phellinus linteus extract is dried and ground to 200 to 230 meshes, Phellinus linteus and activated carbon are ground to the same size. The Phellinus linteus cake, Phellinus linteus and activated carbon are mixed in a weight ratio of 9:0.2:0.8 and then 0.2 to 5% by weight of the feed additive is added to feed.
