SPACE MODELING DEVICE OF VEHICLE WITH THE LASER SCANNERS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING LASER SCANNER

PURPOSE: A space modeling device of a mobile car having a laser scanner is provided to exclusively install only one laser scanner on a car, in order to scan a 3-dimensional space image to model the space image, and to independently operate many laser scanners, thereby obtaining space image data. CONSTITUTION: A laser scanner(60) is mounted on a roof of a mobile car, and scans a 3-dimensional space image. A communication portion(20) performs data communication with the laser scanner(60). A sensing portion(30) detects a state of the laser scanner(60). A driving portion(40) drives and stops the laser scanner(60). A data obtaining/processing portion(50) obtains scanned data, and digitally processes the data. A display(70) displays a digitally-processed 3-dimensional space image. A controller(90) sets communication with the laser scanner(60) through the communication portion(20), detects an operational state of the laser scanner(60), transmits the scanned 3-dimensional space image to the data obtaining/processing portion(50), and controls to display the digitally-processed 3-dimensional space image on the display(70).
