PURPOSE: An apparatus for enriching gas, and an air conditioner is provided to change an operation rate of a differential pressure element according to conditions affecting temperature increase, thereby improving the reliability of the differential pressure element. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen enrichment unit(2) increases concentration of oxygen of air. A differential pressure element(3) generates a differential pressure to the oxygen enrichment unit. A temperature sensor detects a temperature of components or an atmospheric temperature, and controls operation of the differential pressure element by a control unit according to the temperature information. An operation time detector is installed at the control unit for controlling the differential pressure element to be operated intermittently.
