Method of Constructing Database for Intergating Proteome Information and System thereof

PURPOSE: A method and a device for constructing a database for integrating the proteome information are provided to integrate a protein fraction gel image, spot information, sample information, clinical information, and experiment information caused from a 2-dimensional electrophoresis device. CONSTITUTION: An experimenter(10) inputs the protein basic information(211) through a web browser(210), and a clinical expert(20) inputs the clinical information of a living thing through the web browser. An analysis module(30) automatically inputs the information analyzed through an image analysis program(230). The inputted protein information is transferred to a web server(250) through the Internet or an intranet(240). The web server stores the information to a proteome database(260). An automatic sample selector(271) constructs a sample information database based on the sample preparation information. The experiment information and the clinical information are respectively constructed to a sample information database(272) and a clinical information database(274). The image and spot information, and the mass information are stored in the proteome database.
