PURPOSE: A non-destructive type measurement method for measuring corrosion of a steel-concrete structure is provided to rapidly and simply measure the corrosion degree of the steel-concrete structure by using infrared thermal image data. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of steel-concrete test samples(1) are fabricated. Then, corrosion is forcibly caused to steels(20) of the test samples(1). After that, current is applied to the steels(20) of the test samples(1) and a surface of concrete is scanned by using an infrared measuring unit, thereby measuring a surface temperature distribution of the concrete. Then, thermal image data is formed based on the surface temperature distribution of the concrete. A database is established by collecting thermal image data from the test samples(1). Then, the steel is locally exposed and current is applied to the exposed part of the steel, thereby heating the steel. A surface temperature distribution of the concrete is measured according to the temperature of the steel.
