PURPOSE: A feed additive composition containing kelp meal, fructooligosaccharide, fat, vitamin, Stevia extract, flavoring agents or the like is provided. It increases the production rate of beef meat having excellent carcass quality such as marbling, tenderness, water holding capacity or the like when added to conventional feeds and fed to the cattle. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive composition contains 50 to 55% by weight of kelp meal, 3 to 5% by weight of fructooligosaccharide, 30 to 35% by weight of fat, 0.25% by weight of each of vitamin A and vitamin E, Stevia extract, 1.5 to 4.5% by weight of flavoring agents and 5 to 10% by weight of other additives containing yeast extract.
