PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing electrolytic galvanized strip having superior surface characteristics is provided to improve workability and reduce manufacturing cost as securing required surface characteristics by reducing conventional chemical polishing and electrolytic chrome treatment processes performed after electroplating to one process. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing an anti-finger printing steel sheet having superior surface characteristics such as whiteness through etching using chemical polishing solution and electrolytic chrome treatment of electrolytic chrome solution containing CrO3 and H2SO4 after performing electrolytic galvanizing, the method for manufacturing electrolytic galvanized strip having superior surface characteristics is characterized in that the etching process is omitted by adding 0.2 to 0.5 g/L of hydrogen fluoride (HF), 0.4 to 0.5 g/L of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and 0.07 to 0.1 g/L of EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) to the electrolytic chrome solution and performing the electrolytic chrome treatment process using a Ti/IrO2 coated electrode as an insoluble anode, and wherein the insoluble anode is a segment type anode.
