PURPOSE: A rotational signboard attached thereto one face with two expressions is provided to remove the stress of the user with keeping a smile face as well as to give a natural advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: A rotational signboard attached thereto one face with two expression includes an attaching plate(10), an advertisement attaching plate(13), a rotational plate(30), a power supply(40) and a battery(41). The battery(41) supplies the power to the power supply(40) and the battery(41) is located inside of the power supply(40). The advertisement attaching plate(13) is attached to the attaching plate(10) by using a bidirectional attaching tape. And, the rotational plate(30) is connected to the insertion rod of the motor to display a single face with two expression.
