摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a liquid silicone rubber molded product is provided, to improve insulation breaking strength and adhesive property. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of inducing the interface adhesion by additional crosslinking reaction after main crosslinking reaction of an insulation material and a semiconductor material. Preferably the additional crosslinking reaction is carried out at a temperature of 100-220 deg.C for 0.5-24 hours. Preferably the insulation material is an insulating RTV (room temperature crosslinking liquid silicone by hydrosilylation with a platinum catalyst) with a viscosity of 5,000-50,000 cps or an insulating LSR (high temperature crosslinking liquid silicone by hydrosilylation with a platinum catalyst) with a viscosity of 50,000-1,500,000 cps; and the semiconductor material is a semiconductor LSR with a viscosity of 500,000-4,000,000.
