METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING EVENTUAL MODIFICATION OF AT LEAST ONE BIOLOGICAL PARAMETER IN LIVING CELLS WHICH ARE SUBJECTED TO STRESS AND LIVING CELLS WHICH ARE NOT SUBJECTED TO THE SAME STRESS TO PROVIDE STUDY MODEL OF CELL METABOLISM AND REFLECT SITUATION OBSERVED IN VIVO
PURPOSE: A method for identifying an eventual modification of at least one biological parameter in living cells which are subjected to a stress and living cells which are not subjected to the same stress is provided. The method provides a study model of cell metabolism and reflects the situation observed in vivo, when the cells have undergone a stress. CONSTITUTION: The method for identifying an eventual modification of at least one biological parameter in living cells which are subjected to a stress and living cells which are not subjected to the same stress comprises the steps of: (a) subjecting the living cells to a given stress, called stressed cells, (b) not subjecting the living cells to this given stress, called reference cells, (c) using at least one between the stressed cells and the reference cells in a three-dimensional tissue model, (d) performing at least one compared analysis of the stressed cells with the reference cells; and (e) identifying whether at least one biological parameter of the living cells is eventually modified in the stressed cells.
